In the event of you needing to complain about any aspect of our annuity service, please write to the Compliance Officer at the following address: Annuity Discount Brokerage, Axxis House, 178a High Road, Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 7ED.
If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service details of which can be provided upon request.
Professional Indemnity Insurance is maintained by us for the protection of our clients. If you make a valid claim against us in respect of the annuity transaction we arrange for you and we are unable to meet our liabilities in full, you may be entitled to redress from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Details of the cover provided by the Scheme are given in a leaflet which we will send you at your request.
