Terms of Business
Axxis Financial Planning will act on your behalf in arranging annuity products. We are bound by the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
We derive our income from commission paid to us in respect of annuity transactions. We shall tell you the amount of commission payable to us on any such annuity purchase in advance of any transaction.
Accounting to Customers
We will forward to you all documents showing ownership of your annuity as soon as practicable after we receive them; where a number of documents relating to a series of transactions is involved, we will normally hold each document until the series is complete and then forward them to you.
This site is an "information only" website- that is to say no advice will be given by Axxis Financial Planning as to the suitablity of any of the products promoted on this website.
Axxis Financial Planning does not handle clients' money. We never accept a cheque made out to us or handle cash.
Any information you provide us with is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.

You are entitled to have access to your personal and sensitive personal data held by us. You may be charged a fee (subject to the statutory maximum) for supplying you with such data.
Annuity Rate Fluctuations
Annuity rates are characterised by regular rate changes, since the market is in a constant state of flux. Whilst annuity illustrations obtained from our web site show rates which are guaranteed, these guarantees have expiry dates and are not guaranteed indefinitely. Axxis cannot be held liable for ceding schemes delaying payments of your pension funds, or for rate guarantee periods elapsing.
You or we may terminate our authority to act on your behalf at any time without penalty. Notice of this termination must be given in writing. The termination will be without prejudice to the completion of transactions already initiated, if this is the case.
